Family with children delight

We went on a family trip and the location was super convenient, just a few minutes walk to that amazing Cathedral. The breakfast was a highlight too, real French stuff, croissants and jam, the kids loved it!

We stayed one night, and the location was sweet as! Heaps close to the station. But the room was cramped and the toilet situation was dodgy. Chur to the friendly staff!

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

A vibrant and character-filled hotel, centrally located for easy sightseeing! The breakfast spread was delightful with a classic French touch.

While charming, the room was tiny and required climbing three flights of stairs, an inconvenience for some.

Noisy atmosphere. sounds carry throughout the hotel. The cramped bathroom made showering a challenge, as maneuvering often meant accidentally adjusting the water temperature. Breakfast options felt limited, and restricted reception hours prevented me from dropping my bag before check-in.

The stay was quite pleasant, as the location allowed me to explore several attractions without much hassle. I particularly enjoyed the ease of walking to Jules Verne’s House and the charming Botanical Garden, both of which were just a short stroll away. The room was simple but met all my needs, especially with the en suite bathroom, making it convenient for quick refreshment after a day of sightseeing.

Man, the location is on point—just a short stroll to the stunning cathedral! The brekkie spread was lekker, with croissants and cheeses filling me up for the day. Chommie at reception was super helpful, gave us the scoop on where to go!

The noise level was pretty high. Parking is a bit of a hassle with only four slots available, so on-street parking can leave you on edge about potential tickets. The bathrooms are cramped, which may not be a bonus for everyone, especially when maneuvering around during a shower. Plus, the breakfast spread felt a bit limited compared to what you’d expect from a spot in this area, which left something to be desired after a long night.

Rooms were neat and quite comfy. a fresh feel to the bathrooms. The vibe in the centre of town is exciting, with easy walks to several attractions nearby.

The absence of a lift could be inconvenient for some. and perhaps clearer signage regarding reception hours would help.

the location of the hotel is super convenient, just a short walk to both the train station and the cathedral which was amazin! the staff were friendly and gave us tips about places to eat. the budget room had everything i needed like a comfy bed and a hot shower. breakfast was decent with nice selection of breads and cheeses. i also loved that it had character being in an old french building.

the room was kinda small and the walls were thin so it got a bit noisy at times. also, there were lots of stairs to climb since there was no lift, which wasn't great.

Rooms are quite compact. however, the central location and delightful breakfast make it worthwhile!

The old building had a charm, with beautiful stained glass in the breakfast room that caught the morning light. One evening, I walked to the nearby cathedral and was captivated by its size and architectural details.

I stayed in a Comfort Double Room for 1 night. The room was clean and quiet, which was nice for my sleep. It had a lovely view over the rooftops, but I did have to climb some stairs since there's no lift. The water in the shower was hot, and the breakfast had a good selection of French treats, which I really enjoyed.

Great location near the cathedral. Compact room, but Wi-Fi was reliable.
